Android app Claims Reporting
General:

Various updates are now live for version 7.0.162

  • The claim status, ‘Rejected’ can be customised by admin users to wording of their choice if required
  • Additional fields have been included to the, User Report for all users where applicable, this will show:– Vehicle make and model
    – Mileage rate description.
  • A general update has been made to calculations for claim items reaching mileage rate thresholds.
Android App:

Various updates are now live for version 1.4.7 of the Android app

  • A general update to address challenges with some Samsung handsets as well as to allow claim items through where category setting do not include a country
  • The claim header character limit is now inline with our main UI.
