Update is now live for version 7.2.0 of webexpenses’ web user interface:

  • Enhanced functionality to ensure images going into the My Receipts area, are automatically scanned as they are moved to this area. An additional Administration option to turn this off has been added should Administrators prefer users to use the option to ‘Scan Image‘ manually. PDFs images can also be imported into the My Receipts area to be scanned and information added to the image both automatically and manually
  • In addition to the ability to save information against an image in the My Receipts area, the option to be able to add to a new claim header or an existing claim headerhas been included
  • Approvers and Accounts users can now view the ‘Show Mileage Total in Claim‘ information when reviewing claims for their users where this option is enabled
  • IMP146 – Update to ensure Administrators can select all Vendor information using the ‘Select All‘ option
  • IMP213 – Challenge with some scheduled Approver emails being resent when claims have been approved in the interim has been resolved

 

An update is now live for version 1.6.0 of the Android App:

  • Users are now able to save information against an image in the Android app without needing to associate the image to a claim header.
