How to archive mileage rates – mileage version 2

  1. Click Administration
  2. Now click Mileage Rate
  3. Click on the mileage rate that you want to archive
  4. Click the Active button and change it from Yes to No
  5. Click Save to keep the changes
  6. Select the inactive mileage rate by ticking the box alongside the rate
  7. Now click the Archive button at the top of the screen
  8. Click OK to confirm the archive
  9. The mileage rate has now disappeared from the list and moved to the Archived tab.
