How to transfer claims into Xero – accounts approvers

 

  1. Click Integrations
  2. Now click Xero
  3. Ensure that the Transfer Status is set to Not Transferred
  4. Enter the Start Date and the End Date of the period you wish to retrieve processed claims for
  5. Click View Claims
  6. Claims that have been approved for payment between these dates will now be listed
  7. Click Transfer to Xero to begin the transfer
  8. Click OK to confirm
  9. The Transfer Status will change to Transfer in Progress and once it has completed it will change to Transferred Successfully once the transfer is complete
  10. Click Open to view the claim in Xero
